Only ready or live events can be cancelled. Go to the Preview or Send page and click 'Cancel Event'. You'll be asked to confirm — once confirmed, all invited guests are automatically notified via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The event is marked as cancelled, and sharing or sending further invitations is disabled. Your event data (guests, media, videos) is preserved.

Who can see my wishes on the Pixi Wall?

Pixi Wall wishes are visible to all logged-in Pixivite users. They are not visible to unauthenticated visitors, search engines, or anyone outside the Pixivite platform. Your email address is never shown — only your display name and avatar.

How do I share a greeting to the Pixi Wall?

After creating a greeting, go to the Preview page and click the heart icon or 'Share to Pixi Wall' button. You can optionally add a message, @mention other users, and add #hashtags. The greeting card image is the main content — a message is optional.

Yes. You can delete your own wishes at any time from the Wish Detail page. Deleting a wish also removes all associated reactions, comments, and reposts.

Yes, other users can repost your wishes with attribution. Your name is shown as the original author. You can delete your original wish at any time, which also removes all reposts.

Every AI-generated invitation has a "Report content" button right next to the download and share actions — tap it, pick a reason, and submit without leaving the app. Recipients viewing a shared invite can report it too via the "Report content" link below the image. All Pixi Wall content is also automatically screened by our content safety system before posting. Our team reviews every report and uses them to improve content moderation. Can other users find me by name on the Pixi Wall?
