What are credit packs?

Credit packs let you buy one-time generations without a monthly subscription. Each credit unlocks the full experience — image + video output, no watermark, 250 guests, and gift cards. Purchased credits never expire and work alongside any plan.

Can I buy credits on a monthly plan?

Yes! Credits work alongside your monthly plan. Your monthly quota is used first, then credits kick in. Perfect for busy months when you need extra generations.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want — no lock-in, no hassle. Your vibes and data stay safe.

How do monthly credits work?

Monthly plans include a set number of AI generations per month. Free gets 1/month (3 lifetime), Plus gets 15/month, Pro gets 40/month. Monthly credits reset every billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts?

Credit packs already offer volume savings — the Party Pack is just $2.00 per credit. We may introduce annual plan discounts in the future. Stay tuned!

What is Event Timeline?

Event Timeline lets you create an AI-powered schedule for your event — ceremony, dinner, cake cutting, etc. Pixi generates it based on your occasion and event time. Guests see it on your shared invitation page, and you can enable notifications to alert them before key moments (e.g. 'Cake Cutting in 15 min!'). Available on Credit (5 blocks), Plus (10 blocks), and Pro (15 blocks) plans.

How are credits and monthly quota used?

On Plus and Pro plans, your monthly quota is used first — credits only kick in when the monthly limit is reached. On the Free plan, credits are used first to give you the full experience (video, no watermark). Referral credits (which expire in 90 days) are always consumed before purchased credits (which never expire).
