1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pixivite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pixivite is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create personalized video and image invitations for various occasions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate, enhance, and compose visual content based on user inputs.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Pixivite a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated content created using the Service is licensed to you for personal and non-commercial use. You may share generated invitations with your intended recipients and, optionally, with the broader Pixivite community via the Pixi Wall. Pixivite retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for improving its AI models.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models.
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise system security.
- Create deepfake content or misleading media.
6. Pixi Wall & Community Features
The Pixi Wall is a community feature that allows you to share AI-generated greetings and wishes with other logged-in Pixivite users. By posting to the Pixi Wall, you agree to the following:
Visibility & Sharing
- Wishes posted to the Pixi Wall are visible to all logged-in Pixivite users.
- Other users may react to, comment on, and repost your wishes with attribution.
- You grant Pixivite a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your Pixi Wall content within the Service.
- Pixi Wall content is not visible to unauthenticated visitors or search engines.
Content Moderation
- Pixivite reserves the right to remove, hide, or flag any Pixi Wall content at its sole discretion, including content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
- All wish messages are subject to automated content safety screening before posting.
- Users may report inappropriate content, and Pixivite will review reports promptly.
Your Rights & Controls
- You may delete your own wishes from the Pixi Wall at any time.
- Deleting a wish removes it from the feed, including any reposts of that wish.
- Reactions and comments on deleted wishes are also removed.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post to the Pixi Wall.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by our AI is produced algorithmically and may not always meet your expectations. Pixivite does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for how AI-generated content is used or perceived by third parties. AI-generated content is licensed to you for personal, commercial, and event-related use. You may use generated invitations and greetings for any lawful purpose, including business events on paid plans. We continuously work to improve our AI systems and welcome feedback.
8. Billing & Payments
7.1 Subscription Plans
Pixivite offers free and paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
Web purchases: Billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
iOS App Store purchases: Billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to App Store purchases.
7.2 Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases (Starter Pack, Party Pack) are non-refundable regardless of purchase platform. Purchased credits never expire and can be used alongside monthly plan quotas.
7.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.
7.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend premium features until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email of any payment issues.
7.5 Refunds
Web (Stripe) purchases: Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@pixivite.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
App Store (Apple) purchases: Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Pixivite cannot process refunds for App Store transactions.
7.6 Payment Processors
Web: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Pixivite does not store credit card numbers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
iOS: In-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID account. By making an in-app purchase, you also agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms of Service and may enforce them.
9. Gift Cards
Pixivite enables event guests to send digital gift cards to hosts through our third-party provider, Tremendous. Gift card terms:
- Gift cards are purchased and fulfilled by Tremendous — Pixivite acts as an intermediary.
- Gift card availability, brands, and denominations are subject to change.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient.
- Pixivite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unredeemed gift cards.
- Gift card data (recipient email, amount) is shared with Tremendous for fulfillment.
10. Referral Program
Pixivite may offer a referral program that rewards users with generation credits for referring new users. Referral program terms:
- Referral credits are earned when a referred user creates their first AI-generated vibe.
- Referral credits expire 90 days after being earned.
- Monthly earning cap applies (as configured in our system, currently 3 credits per month).
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral fraud are prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Pixivite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
11. SMS, WhatsApp & Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from Pixivite, you consent to receive automated messages related to the Service, including but not limited to:
- Event invitation notifications sent on your behalf to your guests.
- RSVP confirmations and updates.
- Event reminders and nudge notifications.
- Thank-you messages sent after events.
- Account-related alerts (e.g., security notifications).
10.1 Consent & Opt-In
SMS messaging is not required to use Pixivite. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
10.2 Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies depending on your event activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pixivite is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
10.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Pixivite, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

10.5 Supported Carriers & Delivery
SMS messages are delivered via Azure Communication Services (ACS). WhatsApp messages are delivered via the ACS Advanced Messaging API. Delivery is supported on most major carriers and WhatsApp-enabled devices but is not guaranteed on all networks. Pixivite is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10.6 Email Communications
We send transactional emails for event invitations, RSVP notifications, thank-you messages, and account-related updates via Azure Communication Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but transactional emails related to your events and account cannot be disabled while your account is active.
10.7 WhatsApp Messages
Pixivite sends event notifications via WhatsApp using the Twilio WhatsApp API. WhatsApp messages may include images, video links, and rich text formatting. You can opt out by replying STOP or blocking the sender. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
10.8 Push Notifications
We may send push notifications to your mobile device for event reminders, RSVP updates, and other Service-related alerts via Azure Notification Hubs. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or notification preferences in the app.
12. Data Processing & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
13. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixivite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) content you upload or create using the Service; or (e) your use of AI-generated content in a manner that violates applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixivite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pixivite in the 12 months preceding the claim.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Data & Privacy.
15.1 Account Deletion & Grace Period
When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this period:
- Your account is deactivated and you cannot access the Service.
- Active Stripe subscriptions are cancelled immediately. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
- Guest-facing invite links remain accessible.
- You may reactivate your account by logging in again during the grace period — all data is restored.
After 30 days, your account and all associated data (events, media, generated content, contacts) are permanently and irreversibly erased. Your sign-in credentials are also removed.
15.2 Guest SMS Consent
When you provide guest phone numbers for SMS delivery, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the guest's consent to receive messages. All guest SMS messages include a "Reply STOP to opt out" footer. Guests may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in King County, Washington, or in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
19. General Provisions
18.1 Force Majeure
Pixivite shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures (including AI provider outages).
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixivite regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Pixivite may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
18.5 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
18.6 DMCA & Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Pixivite infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to legal@pixivite.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
